Wayne has spent over 35 years in the residential real estate, construction, and land development business in North Mississippi. He has served on the board of directors of the Northwest Mississippi Homebuilders Association, Northwest Mississippi Board of Realtors Realtor Services Corporation, Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi, DeSoto County Economic Development Council, YMCA of the Mid South – Olive Branch, and the Arc Northwest Mississippi. In 2005 he has recognized as Man of the Year by the Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi for his work as an advocate for special needs families. Wayne currently resides in Olive Branch, MS with his wife Carla and has 3 adult sons.
