Ruben Enriquez is a seasoned manufacturing executive and business strategist with over five decades of experience in the food production industry. Based in San Antonio, Texas, Mr. Enriquez is known for his leadership, innovation, and deep operational expertise.

He dedicated 50 years to Frito-Lay, Inc. (1970–2020), where he spent 30 years in management roles at the San Antonio manufacturing facility before being promoted to corporate headquarters in 2000. There, he served as Senior Product Specialist within the North America Manufacturing Division, overseeing operations support for all tortilla chip brands, including Doritos, Tostitos, and Santitas.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Enriquez earned multiple accolades, including the prestigious Doolan Award, two Chairman’s Awards, and two equipment patents. His colleagues affectionately referred to him as “Dr. Doritos,” a testament to his technical mastery and brand stewardship.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Mr. Enriquez is the founder and manager of three private enterprises: Snack Food Solutions LLC, REE Properties LLC, and REECON Consulting LLC.
